Crichton Introduced Mr, Dave Locey, stating he will cover Councl I <br />meetings for the coming year for the Arden Association. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VilLAGE ATTORNEY COURTNEY <br /> <br />license OrdInance Craft <br /> <br />Mr. Courtney reviewed an ordinance draft regarding neti license fees. <br />He Informed the Ccunci i that regulatory ordinances will be required. <br />He wIll attempt to dratt t~e regulatory ordinances In groups Of 12-15 <br />Into each ordinance, setting certain standards on such regulations <br />and Incorporating Insurance regulations Into each ordinance. He will <br />have the regulatory ordinances drafted by the October 30, 1972, meet- <br />Ing and said final Council action could be taken at the November 13 <br />Councl I meeting. <br /> <br />After considerable discussion, motIon was mede by Henderson, seconded <br />. by Olmen, thet AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 151 ~y ESTABLISHING <br />. AN AMENDED TABLE OF LICENSE FEES AND IMPOSING CERTAIN INSURANCE RE- <br />QUIREMENTS, be Introduced by title. Motion carried unanimOUSly. <br /> <br />The Council referred the ordinance draft and Counel I comments on the <br />matter to the Finance Committee Subcolllmlttee on licensing, askIng <br />that Chairman Schumacher confect Atty. Courtney regarding the matter. <br />before the October 30 meeting. Clerk Administrator's office asked <br />to review the ordinance draft for admlnlstrlltlve purposes. <br /> <br />Case No. 72-27 and 72-32, Columbia Transit <br /> <br />Atty. Courtney revIewed his letter, dated October 9, 1972, and asked <br />that Planner Shetler read it eftd cftll him.
