<br />.. ,.... <br /> <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />Village of Arden Hills <br />Monday, June 9, 1975 - 7:30 p.m. <br />Village Hall <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Crepeau at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present - Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., Councilmen Charles Crichton, <br />Robert, Woodburn, ~llllam Feyereisen, James Wingert. <br />Absent - None. ' <br />Also Present - Village Attorney James lynden, Treasurer Donald lamb, <br />Police Chief Pat Sexton, Clerk Administrator Charlot7e <br />McNiesh, Deputy Clerk Dorothy Zehm. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />CrIchton moved, seconded by Wingert, that the Minutes of <br />CouncIl Meeting of May 27, 1975, be approved as amended. <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />the Regular <br />Motion <br /> <br />BUSINESS FROM THE FLOOR <br /> <br />Cardiac Pacemaker's, Inc. - Proposed Chan~e In Fundln~ <br />Mr; F. 'i.e........ <br />....I'.r.tt.- .h.. properln, ...t y.er's bU'get. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Sexton referred Counci I to Mounds View's codified ordinance book, <br />which he said 1s easy to read and Is well Indexed. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Radar Equipment lease <br />Sexton reported that he/has returned the leased unit - should <br />probably not be charged for June rental. He said the department <br />has been "trying out" two hand units, one from CapitOl Sales and <br />one from Custom Signals, which appear to be comparable. are easy <br />to use and give-a good beam - can pick out cars easily. <br /> <br />Sexton said the unit can 'also be used on <br /> <br />tripod" If desired. <br /> <br />Truck Traffic on County Road 0 <br />Sexton reported that the Public Safety Committee discussed the <br />truck traffic problem on County Road 0, but determined that there <br />Is little that the Village can do to restrict the truck traffic. <br />Road Is a 9-ton County Road, over which the Vlllage,has little <br />jurisdiction, except over traffic violations. After discussion, <br />Council suggested that residents contact Ramsey County Commlsslonors <br />Orth and Salverda re their concerns. <br /> <br />-1- <br />
