Crepeau, Jr. at 8:00 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Present - Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., Councilmen William Feyerelsen, <br />James WIngert, Charles Crichton, Stan Olmen. <br /> <br />Absent - None. <br /> <br />'. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY JAMES LYNDEN <br /> <br />Case No. 73-28, Dreyfus - Hunter's Park Second Addition <br />Attorney Lynden referred the Council to his letter of June 24, 1974, <br />re FInal Plat of AdditIon 2, Hunter's Park, Open Space Easements and <br />Covenants for the Second Addition and the Hunter's Park Subdivision <br />Landscape Plan and landscape bond. <br /> <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, that the Councl' approve the <br />Final Plat of Hunter's Park Second Addition, and the Open Space Ease- <br />ments and Cevenants; authorizing the execution thereof by the Mayor <br />and Clerk Administrator on the conditIon that the Open Space Easements <br />and Covenants be regIstered In the office of the Ramsey County Registrar <br />of TItles either contemporaneously wIth the registratIon of the Final <br />Plat or at least before the first sale. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />After discussion of the landscape plan, landscape bond and suggested <br />letter of contract, Wingert moved, seconded by CrIchton, that the Councl I <br />approve the amended landscape plan for Hunter's Park SubdIvision (re- <br />vIsed 5/21/74) and the Performance Bond; authorizing execution of the <br />letter contract by the Mayor and Clerk Administrator, subject to Its <br />f1~st being executed b-y a Dreyfus officer. ~4otlon carried unanimouSly. <br /> <br />It was noted that the landscape Plan Is for the entire Hunter's Park <br />S~bdlv1slon, except the apartment area north of Harriet Avenue (extended), <br /> <br />Case No. 73-48 Nurser Hili - Easements <br />Attorney Lynden referred the Counc I to his letter of June 24, 1974, <br />and copy of easement he prepared for turn-around based on his being <br />advised Informally that Harold A. Christensen Is the fee owner of the <br />tract on which the easement Is to be located (Ownership and Encumbrance <br />Report ~. ::::el~ tAo <late <br />~ If", (e. "..e: k <br />nd n <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />. <br />"1-f., <br /> <br />--e <br /> <br />, <br />after receipt <br /> <br />by Administrative Office of executed original and copies of the Temporary <br /> <br />Vehicular Turn-around Easement and favo~able title opinion. <br /> <br />(It was noted that sentence structure In Declaration of Covenants re <br />two 11ft stations should be corrected.) <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />Uniform Building Code <br />Lynden reported he will have ordinance re adoption of Uniform Building <br />Code for Councl I consIderation at the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />Ord I nance No, 172 <br />As recommended by Attorney Lynden, Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, <br />that Ordinance No. 172 not be published, since the matter no longer <br />requires attention by the Village.
