William Feyerelsen, James Wingert. <br /> <br />Absent - None. <br /> <br />-. <br /> <br />Also Present - Attorney James Lynden, Engineer Don Lund, Treasurer <br />Richard (> 'Kelly, Parks Director John Buckley, Clerk Adminis- <br />trator Charlotte McNiesh, Deputy Cierk Dorothy Zehm. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br />The Minutes of the Regular Councl I Meeting of May 13, 1974, were <br />approved as amended. <br /> <br />The Minutes of the Special Councl I Meeting of May 16, 1974, ~ere <br />approved as submitted. <br /> <br />Business From 'the Floor <br />None. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY JAMES LYNDEN <br /> <br />Case No. 72-35L Pemtom - Final Plat of Townhouse VI I la~es at Arden <br />HI I Is, Seventh Addition. <br />Attorney Lynden referred the Counci I to his letter of May 24, 1974, <br />re documentation submitted re Seventh Addition, Townhouse Villages <br />at Arden Hills. <br /> <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Crichton, That the Council approve the <br />D,evel'opment Agreement and accompany i n9 Performance Bond for the <br />Seventh Addition; and authorize execution of same by the Mayor and <br />Clerk Administrator. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Wfngert moved, seconded by Feyerelsen, thaT The Council approve the <br />Open Space Easements and CovenanTs as corrected, on the condition that <br />the same be regl$tered In the office of the Ramsey CounTY Registrar cf <br />TItles either contemporaneously with the registration of The Final <br />Plat for Seventh AddiTion or at least before the firsT townhouse in <br />the Addition Is sold; and authorize execuTion of the Final Plat and <br />Open Space Easements and Covenants by the Mayor and Clerk Administra- <br />tor. Non-conforming Uses, the Council <br />concurred that the apartment use of the upper floor of the building <br />at 1467 West County Road E may continue as a non-conforming use. <br /> <br />Joint Powers A~reement - School District No. 621 <br />Attorney Lynden referred the Council to his letter of Mav 28. 1974, <br />notlnq revisions Incorporated In the amended JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT <br />R~ US~QF r40UNDS vn:;w HIGH SCHOOL TENNIS COURTS AND ADJACENT SLIDING <br />HI!.!. flKI:.I\. <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />In discussion, Counc! I expressed concern re adequacy of the proposed <br />lighting and supervision of the sliding hili and requested Mr. BIlCkle! <br />to submit plans for Council consideration. <br /> <br />Feyereisen moved, seconded by Olmen, That the Council approve the <br />JOINT POWERS AGREE~ENT RE USE OF MOUNDS VIEW HIGH SCHOOL TENNIS COURTS. <br />Motion carried una~lmously. <br />(Sliding /'j"t Joint t-'owers Agreement to be considered separately.) <br />
