Crepeau, Jr., Councilmen Ch3rles Crichton, <br />Stan Olmen, James Wingert, Will lam Feyerelsen. <br />Absent - None. <br />Also Present - Attorney Jam~s Lynden, Engineer Donald Lund, Treasurer <br />Richard O'Kelly. Parks Director John Buckley, Clerk Adminis- <br />trator Charlotte McNlesh, Deputy Clerk Dorothy Zehm. <br /> <br />Approva I of ,t4i nl!tes <br />The MInutes of the Regul"r Council Meeting of April 29, 1974, were <br />approved as amended. <br /> <br />BUSINESS FROM THE FLOUR: <br /> <br />Mr. and Mrs. L. MacEachron, 1963 West County Road E2, Informed the <br />Counci I "rhat they want to be excluded from the Ramsey County Open <br />S~ace acquisition program, and have arranged to meet with the Ramsey <br />County Board on June 3rd re this reque&t. Mrs. MacEachron explained <br />that they are sympathetic with the oper space program, but want to <br />be able to sell their proper"ty at a profit, .f possible, or at least <br />for fair market value, which to date is not offered. <br /> <br />The Council requested MacEa~hrons to k~ep the Village advised on status <br />of their request. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY JAMES LYNDEN <br /> <br />~~..!LNo. 73-.28, H'!.!!.!er:s Park Second Addition - Development Aqreeme!l.!. <br />Wingert moved, seconded by Feyereisun, that the Counci I approve the. <br />Development Agreement 'for Hunters Park Second Addition and authorize <br />Its execution by the Mayor and Clerk Administrator. Motion carried <br />unan I mous.1 y. <br /> <br />Summer Youth Employment Program Agreement <br />Lynden referred the Counc! I to his letter of ~layl3, 197", re 1974 <br />Summer Youth Employment Program Contract. <br /> <br />Feyereisen moved, seconded by Crichton, that the Councl I approve the <br />contract and authol-Ize Its execution. BY CHANGING CERTAIN PROVISIONS RELATING TO <br />MINORS, BY ADDING PROVISIONS CONCERNING EVACUATION OF LICENSED PREMISES <br />AND CONSUMPTION pCT~~ HGCRS, AND BY INCREASING THE MAXIMUM FINE ASSES- <br />SABLE IN THE PENALTY PROVISION, as read. Manor Status Report <br />Lund referred the Council to Report No.9 from Suburban Engineering <br />re Arden Manor Mobile Home Park. <br /> <br />Lund reported the" following: <br /> <br />I. Four connection~ have been made to the Village Sanitary <br />Sewer; noti n9 that !l2 connectl.:>ns were to be made until <br />sewer lines had been tested and found to be satisfactory. <br /> <br />2.
