Crepeau, Jr., Councilmen Charles Crichton, <br />James Wingert Stanley Olmen. <br />Absent - Councilman William Feyereisen. <br />Also Present - Attorney James Lynden, Parks Director John auckley, Clerk <br />Administrator Charlotte McNiesh. Deputy Clerk Dorothy Zehm. <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br />The Minutes of the Regular Counci I Meeting of March 25, 1974, were <br />approved as amended. <br /> <br />Business from the Floor <br />None. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY JAMES LYNDEN <br /> <br />Uniform Fire Code <br />Attorney Lynden referred the Counci I to his letter of April 4, 1974. <br /> <br />Matter was deferred pending Attorney Lynden's review of recent legis- <br />lation and subsequent recommendations as to procedure. <br /> <br />McDonald Payment Request <br />Attorney Lynden reported that McDona I d and Associ ates, I nc.
