LYNDEN <br /> <br />Ordinance No. II? - Second and Final Reading <br />Attorney Lynden read Ordinance No. 176, AN ORDINANCE REPEALING <br />ORDINANCES NOS. 42 AND 4 RELATING TO THE OFFICIAL DEPOSITORY <br />FOR THE CiTY OF ARDEN HILLS, In Its entirety. <br /> <br />Crichton moved, seconded by Wingert, that the Council approve <br />Ordinance No. 176, as amended. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 74-5 Re Transfer of C~nty Ditches to Rice Creek <br />Watershed District <br />Attorney Lynden~read Resolution No. 74-5, RESOLUTION RECOMMEND- <br />ING RAMSEY COUNTY BOARD'S APPROVAL OF TRANSFER OF RAMSEY COUNTY <br />DRAINAGE SYSTH1S NOS. 1,2,3,4,5,8, II and 12 TO BOARD OF <br />MANAGERS OF RICE CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT. <br /> <br />Feyerelsen moved, seconded by Wingert, that the Council adopt <br />Resolution No. 74-5, as amended; authorizing Its execution by <br />the Mayor and Clerk Administrator. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />C. McNlesh was asked to forward a certl,fled copy of the Resolu- <br />tion to the Ramsey County Board so that It arrives In advance <br />of the February 4, 1974 public hear! ng. <br /> <br />Case No. 73-28, Dreyfus - Hunters Par~ <br />Attorney Lynden reported the status of conditions which had been <br />placed on the approval of the Preliminary Plat; advising that <br />two Items remain to be resolved: <br />I. Review by Lynden of Registered Property Report. <br />2. Preparation by Lynden and execution of Development <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />In view of these pending Items, the matter was deferred to the <br />Councl I Meeting of February II, 1974. <br /> <br />Revision of Ordinance No. 99 <br />Attorney LyiidE;n reported that Planner Shelter has presented an <br />"acceptable" draft of ~he proposed revision of Ordinance No. 99, <br />and therefore, recommends payment of 50S of balance due to Mr. <br />ShetlEor, less the 15% contingency, at this time. <br /> <br />Crichton moved that on the basis <br />approve payment of $951.67, less <br />$803.92 to Mr. Richard Shetler. <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />of Mr. Lynden's report, the Council <br />15% contingency of $142.75, or <br />Motion was seconded by Wingert and <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br />l <br />
