Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clothing AI iowan~~_.for Park;, Employees <br />Buckley requested Councl! 's approval of a clothing allowance for <br />fvl I-time Parks Department emp!oyees Fred Bel! and Mark Peterson; <br />purpose is to give them identification a5 Vi I lage employees; especi- <br />ally important for Tree Inspector when worki~g on private property. <br /> <br />WOOdburn moved, seconded by Crichton, that Council authorize a <br />c~othing a~ towance for fu~i-Time Parks employeesa <br /> <br />In discussion, Ccunci i posed the -follc.ling questions: <br /> <br />I. Are Parks employees required to wear cerTain clothing? <br />2. f-f '10rking on City-owned properi'V, is Identification <br />necessary? <br />3. What clothing is considered appropriate in clothing <br />allowance - slacks, shirt, jacket, cap ei'c? <br />4. Motion carried IJnanimousiy. <br /> <br />Transfers yrom G~neraY Fund to Self-sustaining Recreation Fund <br />Council discussed proposed transfers from the General Fund to the <br />Self-sustaining Recreation Fund; because of winter programs starting <br />dates, thara is a r'iag" in receipt of fees to cover anticipated <br />program co~ds; some bills for 1976 programs are paid in 1977. <br />Buckley recommended $500 - SI,OOO cash balance on 1-1-77. <br /> <br />Crichton moved, seccnded by Woodburn, tha~ Counci I authorize the <br />transfer from the General Fund (Park Account) to the Self-sustaining <br /> <br />~! -- <br />
