STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> Ordinance Summary <br /> Ordinance No. 300 <br /> An ordinance relating to the regulation <br /> of dogs, cats, and wild animals. <br /> On October 31, 1994 the Arden Hills City Council approved <br /> Ordinance No. 300 which added Chapter 5.5 to the Arden Hills <br /> Municipal Code and repealed Chapter 5. These Chapters relate to <br /> the regulation of dogs, cats and wild animals. The City Council <br /> by an affirmative vote of at least four Councilmembers, directed <br /> that a summary of Ordinance No. 300 be published in the City's <br /> official Newspaper and that a printed copy of Ordinance No. 300 <br /> be posted on the City's bulletin board and otherwise be made <br /> available for inspection at the City offices during regular <br /> business hours. <br /> . Ordinance No. 300 contains regulations relating to the number of <br /> dogs allowed in a dwelling unit, kennels and other regulations <br /> relating to animals and pets. <br /> Effective Date: Ordinance No. 300 shall become effective on the <br /> day following publication of the Ordinance or an approved <br /> Ordinance Summary. <br /> Adoption Date: Passed by the City Council <br /> Hills the 31st day of October 1994. <br /> Dennis P.
