<br /> ~ STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> Ordinance Summary <br /> Ordinance No. 295 <br /> Chapter 5 - Animals and Pets. <br /> On March 28, 1994 the Arden Hills City Council approved Ordinance <br /> No. 295 which amends Chapter 5 of the Arden Hills Municipal Code <br /> relating to Animals and Pets. The City Council by an affirmative <br /> vote of at least four Councilmembers, directed that a summary of <br /> Ordinance No, 295 be published in the City's official Newspaper <br /> and that a printed copy of Ordinance No. 295 be posted on the <br /> City's bulletin board and otherwise be made available for <br /> inspection at the City offices during regular business hours. <br /> Ordinance No. 295 contains regulations relating to the licensing <br /> of cats, language making it unlawful to keep any exotic animal <br /> within the City limits and language which provides additional <br /> . definition in the area of dogs; including but not limited to <br /> controlling animals and habitual barking. <br /> Effective Date: Ordinance No. 295 shall become effective on the <br /> day following publication of the Ordinance or an approved <br /> Ordinance Summary. <br /> Adoption Date: Passed by the City Council of the City of Arden <br /> Hills the 28th day of March 1994. <br /> ~ <br /> L <br />
