<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />Special ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br />JANUARY 28, 2026 <br />7:30 A.M. – ARDEN HILLS COMMUNITY ROOM <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Present: Chair Jud Murchie, Commissioners Kristine Poelzer, Bobbie Bonine, Jess <br />Daniels, and Youth Commissioner Kayleigh Shrom <br /> <br />Absent: Commissioners Ihsan Isak, Kyle Sorenson, Ted Brausen, Council Liaison Emily <br />Rousseau <br /> <br />Also Present: Senior Planner Elena Fransen, Community Development Director Jake Reilly <br /> <br />Note: Commissioners Bonine and Shrom indicated at the beginning of the meeting that <br />they would have to leave before 9 a.m. <br /> <br />1. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Chair Murchie called the meeting to order. <br /> <br />Commissioner Poelzer requested that in future agendas, the Council Report be first. She said <br />PTRC does that and it ensures there is enough time for the commissioners to hear the information. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Poelzer and seconded by Commissioner Bonine to <br />approve the agenda, as amended. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. December 17, 2025 <br /> <br />Commissioner Poelzer said on page 4, second paragraph. Her comment about the branded <br />clothing was intended to say branded with the new 75th Anniversary logo. She noted on page 6, <br />EDC was typed where EDA should be. <br /> <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Daniels and seconded by Commissioner Poelzer to <br />approve the minutes, as amended.
