. . 40 , EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ARDEN HILLS Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: June 25, 1984 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 25th day of June, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Woodburn and Councilmembers Hicks, MUlcahy and Christiansen; and the following were absent: Coucilmember Rauenhorst. Councilmember Hicks introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 84-19 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-84-1 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Hills as follows: 1. By resolution adopted February 27, 1984, the Council has directed the City Consulting Engineer to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement on the south 1800 feet of the west 1/2.of the northwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 30, Range 23 (the Royal Hills North Plat) by the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain, aggregate base, bitu- minous street, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, right of way acquisition and necessary appurtenances. The Consulting Engineer was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improve- ment should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Clerk Administrator. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. SS-W-p-ST-84-1.
