<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />J~-"V3 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />April 28, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, April 28, <br /> <br />1986, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members of the Council were present: Mayor <br /> <br />Woodburn and Council members Sather, Hansen and Hicks. Council <br /> <br />member Peck was absent. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Clerk-Administrator McNiesh, <br /> <br />Deputy <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Engineer <br /> <br />Zehm, <br /> <br />Lamb, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Treasurer <br /> <br />Christoffersen. <br /> <br />The Council was referred to a letter from Opus Corporation <br /> <br />requesting that plans and specifications for the streets and <br />utilities to be constructed in NORTHWOODS be prepared, that <br /> <br />sodding be added to the project, and that the City maintain the <br /> <br />lighting once it was installed. <br /> <br />Engineer Christoffersen stated <br /> <br />that the addition of sod to the project would not be a problem. <br />Clerk-Administrator McNiesh reported that she had informed <br />Mr. Murnane of Opus Corporation that it is not the City's policy <br /> <br />to maintain lighting. Mr. Murnane responded that many cities do <br /> <br />pay therefor. <br /> <br />Council member Hicks introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following Resolution: <br />
