SS-83-6 AND W-86-2 <br />(SANITARY SEWER INTERCEPTOR AND <br />TRUHLER ADDITION WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENT) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution adopted on <br /> <br />April 23 <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />1984 <br /> <br />(Resolution No. 84-14), the Council of the City ordered the <br /> <br />construction of Improvement No. SS-83-6,' and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution adopted on March 10, 1986 <br /> <br />(Resolution No. 86-15), the Council of the City directed the City <br /> <br />Engineer to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of <br /> <br />the City I S installation of water main and appurtenance improve- <br />ments in connection with the proposed development by Naegele, <br />Inc. of the Truhler Addition, a proposed subdivision of the <br />tract (s) of land lying at the northeast corner of the <br />intersection of Interstate Highway Nos. 35W and 694, and to <br />include in such report the estimated cost of the proposed <br />improvements and an indication as to whether they should best be <br /> <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvements, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Preliminary Feasibility Report and Cost <br />Estimate for Improvement No. W-86-2 has been submitted to and <br />considered by the Council, <br /> <br />- 3 - <br />
