<br />, <br /> <br />~/'--t.A..-- ft: -/G;; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />March 31, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Arden Hills met in regular session at the City <br /> <br />Hall on Monday, March 31, 1986 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Woodburn and <br /> <br />Council members Sather, Peck, Hansen and Hicks; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Also present were City Engineers Christoffersen and <br /> <br />Liebenow, Prosecuting Attorney Filla, Treasurer Lamb, Public <br /> <br />Works Supervisor Raddatz, Clerk-Administrator McNiesh, and Deputy <br /> <br />Clerk Zehm. <br /> <br />City Engineer Christoffersen referred the Council to the <br /> <br /> <br />feasibility report, dated January 10, 1986, which had been <br /> <br />prepared by Short-Elliott-Hendrickson. <br /> <br />He advised the Council <br /> <br />that he estimated that if the City were to construct a 1 million <br /> <br />gallon tank the cost would be $950,000.00 and if it were to <br /> <br />construct a <br /> <br />l!.o million gallon tank the cost would be <br /> <br />$l,lOO,OOO.OO. <br /> <br />Council member Hicks moved, and Council member Hansen <br /> <br />seconded, that the Council adopt Resolution No. 86-l6, RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> <br />. ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR WATER TOWER, which is set <br /> <br /> <br />forth hereinbelow. <br /> <br />In the discussion that ensued, the Council talked about <br /> <br />al ternatives to constructing another water tower in the City. <br />
