<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />~ d'6-/'[ <br /> <br />\ <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />March lO, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, March lO, <br /> <br />1986, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members of the Council were present: Mayor <br /> <br />Woodburn and Council members Sather, Peck, Hicks and Hansen. <br /> <br />i Also in attendance were Clerk-Administrator McNiesh, <br /> <br />Deputy Clerk Zehm, City Treasurer Lamb, City Attorney Lynden, and <br /> <br />Public Works Supervisor Raddatz. <br />Attorney Lynden advised the Council that the fee and <br /> <br />beneficial owners of <br /> <br />the property <br /> <br />to be <br /> <br />subdivided as <br /> <br />"NORTHWOODS" --i, e. , George J. Reiling and Opus Corporation <br /> <br />respectively--had submitted to the City a Petition, dated <br /> <br /> <br />January 20, 1986, wherein they requested that the City install <br /> <br />sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water and street improvements in <br /> <br />connection with the NORTHWOODS subdivision and that the City <br /> <br />prepare a feasibility report in which the estimated cost and <br />design of the foregoing improvements would be reported. He <br />pointed out that the last sentence of the Petition contained a <br /> <br />condition that was unacceptable to the City--i.e., a public <br />hearing be held to discuss the conclusions in the feasibility <br /> <br />report. <br /> <br />He recommended that the Council adopt the following <br /> <br />Resolution which contains two conditions--i.e., that there be no <br /> <br />public hearing in connection with this proceeding and that the <br />
