<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />, <br />. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />March 10, 1986 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 10, <br /> <br />1986, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members of the Council were present: Mayor <br /> <br />Woodburn and Council members Sather, Peck, Hicks and Hansen. <br /> <br />Also in attendance were Clerk-Administrator McNiesh, <br /> <br />Deputy Clerk Zehm, City Treasurer Lamb, City Attorney Lynden, <br /> <br />Public Works Supervisor Raddatz, and City Planner Miller. <br /> <br />Planner Miller described in detail the plans of Naegele, <br /> <br />Inc. to subdivide the property which is the subject of a Petition <br /> <br />for Improvement W-86-2 <br /> <br />(the "Improvement"), a water main <br /> <br />improvement to serve the Truhler Addition and neighboring <br />properties. Most of the discussion dealt with the project itself <br /> <br />rather than the Improvement. <br /> <br />In response to Naegele's submission of the petition for <br /> <br />the Improvement, Councilman Hicks introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following Resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 86-14 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PETITION AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br />FOR IMPROVEMENT W-86-2, TRUHLER ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition (the "Petition") requesting <br /> <br />water <br /> <br />main <br /> <br />improvements <br /> <br />(the <br /> <br />"Improvement") <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />related <br />
