<br />f <br />, -. <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />June 24, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of.Arden Hills, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 24th of <br /> <br />June, 1985, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members of the Council were present: Mayor <br />Woodburn and Councilmen Sather, Peck and Hicks; and the following <br /> <br />was absent: Councilman Hansen. <br /> <br />Councilman Hicks introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 85-24 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-85-2, <br />EDGEWATER ESTATES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting sanitary sewer, <br /> <br />water main, bituminous paving, aggregate base, concrete curb and <br /> <br />gutter, storm sewer and other drainage, and related improvements <br /> <br />on a 21.5 acre tract of land located in the City of Arden Hills <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />along the southeasterly shore of Round Lake immediately west of <br />and abutting Old Highway No. 10, which petition was filed with <br />the Council on June -r~ 1985, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA THAT: <br /> <br />1. The petition be declared to have been signed by <br />the requisite percentage of owners of property <br />
