Crepeau, Jr., Councilmen J. Hollenhorst, E. G. Hender- <br />son and R. Herrick. <br />Absent: Councilman S. Olmen. <br />Also Present: James Kemper, Chairman Public Works Committee: Clerk <br />Administrator L. Stromquist, Treasurer Richard O'KeHy, <br />Attorney Vincent P.Courtney, Engineers O. Lund and <br />D. Christoffersen and Maintenance Supervlsor EC Beecher. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes <br />The Minutes of the Regular Council meeting of June 14, 1971, were <br />approved as amended. <br /> <br />Commun It v One - Youth Serv lees Bureay of ,Moun~s V lew Schoo I D I strl ct <br />Mr. Jim Andrews and Mr. Glen Beggln, representing a newly formed <br />non-profit organization of citizens who are seekin~ to develop and <br />Implement a p,rogram which they feel wlil unify and serve young <br />people In the local school district, described the project and ~he <br />proposed organization of the group. <br /> <br />The group, now titled Community One, wi II attempt to develop an <br />organization that will coordinate youth counseling, employment of <br />youth,recreatlonal services, aids In drug problems and family <br />counseling. <br /> <br />A building for use as a teen center Is also needed. <br /> <br />The present Community One organization ~III <br />within about two years when a Youth Service <br />established and a youth director appointed. <br />zatlon 1'111' be to get as many young persons <br />all phases of the operation. <br /> <br />The Mounds View School District has offered a property site with <br />buildings located In North Oaks to the organization. He appointed R. COURTNEY, <br /> <br />Proposed Mobile Home Court Ordinance <br />Mr. James Hill, representing Pemtom, Inc., reviewed the ordinance <br />as presently proposed by the Planning Commission and then drew <br />attention to certain changes requested by Pemtom. lne., and by <br />
