COURTNEY <br /> <br />Assessment Rates Resolution <br />A Resolution, establishing the recommend~d nEtw rates for Sanitary' <br />Sewer and Water Assessments, was referred to Mr. Robert McNlesh " <br />and Mr. Peter Popovich for thair review prior to Council actloll' <br />on -~he matter. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Calph Claim <br />Attorney Courtney reviewed his letter, dated September 21, 1971, . <br />raportlng that the Calphs haVe released their clli!lm against North~ <br />dale Construction Company. Motion made by HerriCk, seconded by <br />Ho i I anhorst . that the $4500 duEt Northda I e be pa I d to. them, plus <br />Interest of 5% from February 8, 1971.
