ATTORNEY VINCENT P, COURTNEY <br /> <br />Assessment Rate Revlalon _ <br />Attorney Courtney recommended that asseSSment rates be established <br />by the Counc II by a "Statement of Po II cy", put I n the forlll of a <br />resolution. The Council asked Mr. Courtney to draw up a proposed <br />resolution, based upon the rates recommended by the F'lnance Committee <br />report, dated August 10,1971,; resolution to be submitted to the <br />Cou nc II at the next meetl ng. The 'Cou nc II asked Attorney Courtney to <br />have Attorney Lynden offer the appra.ised amount to Mr. Grlt.t Is. <br /> <br />MOb!le Home OrQlnance <br />Upon motion by Hollenhorst, seconded by Henderson, paragraph 9.2 of <br />Ordinance 147, Mobile Home Parks, was amended In accordance with <br />Mr. Courtney's letter, dated ~eptember 13, 1~71. Ordinance to be <br />amended prior to publication. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Police Squad Car S~ecfflcatlons <br />Mr. Courtney reported that the specifications for a 1972 pollee <br />squad car have his approval end that his letter, dated October 12, <br />1970, will stili apply to this set of specifications. _ <br /> <br />~C. G. Rein Litigation _ <br />Attorney Courtney reported that a petition for re-argument'of the <br />matter, which was submitted to the Court by Mr. Rein, has been denied, <br />and the case Is apparently closed.
