Herrick that the Council adopt..:WRl resolution . / .d.CJd, 8.p' g <br />Water Improvement No. 71-1; authorizing Banister Engineering Company <br />to prepare plans and specifications. The motion carried unanimously. <br />(4 ayes) <br /> <br />Fill PermIt Re uest - Ramse Count Department <br />Mr. Jim London, Dunkley Surfacing ompany, and Engineer Ken Weltzln, <br />Ramsey County Highway Department, requested permission to place approxi- <br />mately four to five thousand cubic yards (4,000 to 5,000 cu. yds.) of <br />cOllcrete fill In four locations abutting the County Road E and Snelling <br />Avenue reconstruction route; stating they have been granted permission <br />from the property owners to place the fill, as indicated. <br /> <br />After d'lscusslon, the Council approved three of the locations, ..8slndl- <br />cated, eXCluding the Newman property south of the Soo Line and east of. <br />Snelling Avenue; requesting Ramsey County to: . <br />I. Lund presented a cost estimate, in the amount of $3400, <br />for fil ling and grading of Lake Lane to accomplish a desirable grade <br />for the area, Including some storm sewer. <br />-1- <br />
