Zehm. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Approval of f-1inutes <br />The Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of April 26,1?71 were <br />approved as presented. <br /> <br />The M I nu tes of the Spec I a:1 Cou nc I I Meet I ng of May 3, 1971, Were <br />approved as presented. <br /> <br />BUSINESS FROM THE FLOOR <br /> <br />Mr. Ralph Per::ry. 3670 New Bri;:J.hton Road, reported that fill Is still <br />being placed in Perry Park by Mr. Schutz, and aSked the status of <br />the filling project. <br /> <br />R. Herrick advised that he met with Mr. Schutz and Engineer D.Chrlstof- <br />fersen at the park site on Saturday, May 8, and it was determined <br />that additional fill is necessary to complete the JOb. He saId f"'r; <br />Schutz will start leveling this week and will then add fill to bring <br />It up to the desired grade. <br /> <br />Mr. Perry requested that the area be policed to keep it clean. <br /> <br />Grey Fox Road and Dunlap Street <br />Mr. John Daubney advised the Council that soil borings of both Grey <br />Fox Road and Dunlap Street have been ordered, and the results of the <br />tests will be submitted to Don Lund as soon as the tests are completed. <br /> <br />Engineer Lund advised the Counci I that he and Mayor Crepeau met with <br />Mr. J. Daubney and Mr. D. Roberts re'the dedication of the Industrial <br />Park portions of Grey Fox Road and Dunlap Street; soil borings will <br />be taken to determine that both are 9-ton roads, as described; streets <br />will be patChed and seal-coated before being deeded to the Village. <br /> <br />REPORT OF VILLAGE ATTORNEY VINCENT P. Lund presented a letter to the Council from Engineer R.,Short which, <br />stated that his report will be presented to the Council at the May 24 <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br />Floral Drive Wat~c_lm~rovement - Feasibi lity Report <br />Engineer D. Lund submitted a feasibility report for Floral Drive Water <br />Extension, which consisted of three parts as follows: <br />A. Hamline Ave. - "F" to Floral Drive and Circles. <br />Estimated Total Project Cost - $68,500.00 <br /> <br />B. Hamline Ave. - Floral Drive to 1500 feet north. <br />Estimated Total Project Cost - $42,000.00 <br /> <br />C. Trunk Mai~ - Fernwood to Ham! ine. <br />Estimated Total Project Cost - $30,900.00 <br /> <br />After consideration of the report, and discussion, It was moved by <br />R.
