Unreasonabie acceleration of any mofior vehicle on any <br /> pubOic or private road or way wlthin the Village of Arden Hills, as <br /> <br /> unreasonable acceleration is herein defined, is hereby declared to <br /> <br /> be a public nuisance and is prohibi#ed. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Unreasonable acceleration ot a motor vehicle is hereby <br /> defined as acceleration without apparent reason, and accomplished <br /> <br /> in such manner as fio cause squealing or screeching sounds by the tfres <br /> <br /> or "i-he throwing of sand or gravel by the tires of said vehicle or both. <br /> Prima facie evidence of such unnecessary and unreasonable accelera- <br /> <br /> tion shall be squealing or screeching sounds emitted by the tires or <br /> <br /> the throwtng or Sand or gravel by the tires of said vehicle or both. <br /> <br /> Section 3_ PenaBtY.
