Ord. No. 79, relatin%r to <br /> adoption of the Highway Traffic Regu- <br /> lation Act of the State of Minnesota, is . <br /> hereby repesled. <br /> Section 2. High.vay Traffic Regula- <br /> tion Act Incorporated By Reference. The - <br /> regulatory provisions of Chapter 169 of <br /> Minnesota Statutes Annotated, as <br /> amended by Laws 1967 and Extra Sea- <br /> aion Laws 1967, eommonly known as <br /> the Highway Traffic Regulation Act, <br /> re hereby adopted as a traffic ordi- <br /> nance reKUlating the use of hiehways, <br /> atreets and alleye within the Village of - Arden Hills, and are hereby incorporat- <br /> ed in and made a part of this Ordinanee <br /> as comFletely as if set out herein in <br /> full . <br /> Section 3. Penalty. Any violation of <br /> the Statutes adopted by reference in Sec. 2 hereof is a violation of this Or- <br /> dinance when it occurs within the limits <br /> of the Village cf Arden Hills. Any per- <br /> son violating any provision thereof shall <br /> be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall <br /> - be punished b9 a fine of not to exceed <br /> One Hundrec? Dullars ($100.00) or by <br /> imprisonment in the County jail for a . <br /> period of not to exceed 90 days. <br /> 3ection 4. Effective Date.
