Ordinance number 18, <br /> known as the Zoning Ordinance, is here- <br /> by amenr}ed to zone the following de- <br /> scribed property from Rl to light in. <br /> dustrisl. The entire area so rezoned is <br /> described as follows, to-wit:. <br /> The East one-half (E%) of the <br /> Southeast Quarter (SEl/4) of $ec- <br /> tion Twenty Two (22), Township <br /> Thirty (30), Range Twenty Three <br /> (23), except that part heretofore <br /> conveyed to the St. Crois Fa11s <br /> Minnesots Improvement Company <br /> and except or subiect to roada and <br /> right of ways designated as County <br /> Rosd F, Lexington Avenue and <br /> Highway 51, and exceDt a s4uare <br /> ten (10) acre tract in the South- <br /> east corner thereof being Sia Hun- <br /> dred Sixty (660) feet by Six Hun- <br /> dred Sisty (660) feet having equal <br /> frontage on County Road F and <br /> Lesington Avenue. <br /> Section 2. The Zoning A4ap of the Vil- <br /> lage of Arden Hills referred to in the <br /> sforesaid Ordinance Number 18 shall <br /> not be repwbliahed to show the afore- <br /> said rezoning, but the Clerk ehall ap- <br /> propriately mark the ZoninS Map on <br /> file in the Clerk's office for the purpoee <br /> of subatantially indieating this rezon- <br /> ing. <br /> 8ectfon 3.
