Section 1. Ordinance No. 63, published . <br /> February 18, 1960, relating to the oper- . <br /> ation of the Municipal Sanitary Sewer <br /> $yctem, which added Seetion 11, Rates <br /> and Charges, to Ordinance No. 49, is <br /> herebv amende@ in the following respects, <br /> to-wit: <br /> A. The first paragraph of Section 11 <br /> (A) (1) ia hereby amended to read <br /> as follows: <br /> . . . In respect to single family dwellings, <br /> governmental buildings, churches, <br /> . and publie school houses which shall <br /> be eonnected with the Municipal San- <br /> itary Sewer SYStem, the Village shall <br /> . impose a total charge based on the <br /> . totalof the ehargea hereinafter <br /> scheduled for connection to and use <br /> of the Municipal Sewer System, and <br /> . . in xddition thereto such annual <br /> _ - " charges and annual sewer rental <br /> charges as may be made against - <br /> . the Village or the property by the . <br /> Cit~, of St. Paul and by the Village <br /> . . of Roseville. The supplementary charge for the usages described in No. 10 hereof <br /> shall be determined for individual <br /> properties by the Village Council at <br /> the time of connection to the sewer ' system.
