The Villa.ge Council of the Village of Arden Hills does hereby ordain aa fol- lows : Section 1. Amendment of Ordinance No. 105. Sectian 4 of Ordinance 105, re- . lating to the Human Rights Cammission, is hereby amended in its entrirety to read es follows: Section 4, Composition of Commisaion.
