<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />May 25, 2011 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly <br />scheduled meeting of May 25, 2011, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor Tom Wilharber <br /> Council Member Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> Council Member Steve King <br /> Council Member D. Love <br /> Council Member Jeff Paar <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> Finance Director, Mike Jeziorski <br /> Public Works Director, Paul Palzer <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I.CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber called the May 25, 2011, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />II.PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br /> <br />1.SWPPP/MS4 (Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program) <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reviewed the program with Council and the audience. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber called for input from the audience and none were present to <br />speak to this item. <br /> <br />Council Member King questioned whether the City tests the storm water ponds <br />for pollutants. City Administrator Larson stated it is only a requirement if the <br />pond is dredged and more than 3,000 cubic yards of sediment is being removed. <br />The City has not as of yet dredged a pond that size. <br /> <br />The Public Hearing was closed at 6:40 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />III.APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber requested that Check #’s 26400-26410 be added to the consent <br />agenda. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
