The bulkling located on the west side of 20th Street South formally housed Eagle Trucking for the past several years. The building provides ample space Inside IncI out to park City vehicles, and equipment In a warm, dean environment. Several offtces within the building Qffer a conducive environment to conduct business meetings and such. Some minor remodeling Is antidpated to better meet the needs of the Department and the City. Centennial Lakes Police Department will utilize an oftlce in the building as a sub-station in Centerville. Public Works had been housed In the building along CenterYllle Road and Sorel Street for the past several years. The building had a dirt floor in the small shop, presenting a challenge In storing equipment and keeping things dean. The Police Department used a small portion of the building to work out of when In Centerville. The building, which originally had been constructed by volunteerS, re- ceived a few additions throughout the years as the need arose. Centerville's CIty Hall had been located In the build- ing prior to their new building along Main Street. The City's Fire Department once had been lo- cated in the building along with a jail house and had even served as a warming house (with a skating rink) at one time.
