Grading work of the roadway and bike trail continue be- tween Brian Drive and 20th Avenue (County Road 54) on the eastbound side. Bike trail paving was completed be- tween Mound Trail and Centerville Road. Light bases have been poured on the eastbound side between Centerville Road and Progress Road. Centerville Road and Progress Road intersections are now open to traffic after being closed for about 10 days for colored concrete placement. Curb and gutter have been completed in most areas. Signal conduit is being placed on eastbound Main Street (CSAH 14) at 20th Avenue. 2009 STREET PROJECT UPDATE The City Council approved Res. #08-026 which con- tained aportion of the originally proposed 2009 Street Project. Bids are anticipated on October 29, 2008 Please be mindful if you are selling your house as these special assessments are pending and need to be disclosed to the potential buyer.
