Rezone request PUit &R = [HeerPass] Continued <br /> Ms. Gaustad updated the Commission on the proposed PUD - rezone for the Deer Pass <br /> development. The developerMr. Gerrtctfehbeirrapproached the Conmussion and <br /> requested town homes, however, the Commission was not in favor of the high density nor <br /> rezoning the R5 (Executive Homesyta R2A. Mr. Rehtrein complied <br /> Commission's desire to complete the PUD requirements by addressing the City PUD <br /> fowls and questionnaire Mr. Rehbein (Developer) explained the property is under <br /> examination from the DNR and Watershed District. There will be four wetlands mitigated <br /> to provide room for homes and road. The Commission conftrmed water will <br /> be directed onto another property. Ms. Gaustad noted a concern with the road width and <br /> one parcel sharing two driveways (accesses). The Commssion opened the discussion. <br />
