<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the city hall in said city on Monday, the 9th day of <br />May, 1983, at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, <br />Chairpersons Kehr, Curley, Franke and Johnson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Council Member Curley introduced and moved the <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7509 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR M~D MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />AN AGREEHENT vH'l'H TEE COUNTY OF RAr-1SEY FOR CONSTRUCTION <br />OF A PATHHAY ACROSS THE LAKE JOSEPHINE COUNTY PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has applied to the Minnesota Department <br />of Transportation for a grant from the Minnesota Outdoor Recreation <br />Act, Chapter 421, for the development of a pathway along Lexington <br />Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road D, identified as <br />Roseville Improvement No. M-80-4i and <br />~mEREAS, plans have been prepared and approved by the citYi <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, plans call for a portion of this pathway to be <br />constructed upon the Lake Josephine County Park; and <br />WHEREAS, plans call for the existing parking lot to be re- <br />located approximately seven (7') feet to the west. <br />NOH, THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLot'1S: <br />1. The County authorizes the construction of a bikeway and <br />relocation of the existing parking lot for the Lake Josephine County <br />Park at the place shown and in accordance with the plans and specifi- <br />cations of the City of Roseville Improvement No. M-80-4, a copy of <br />which is on file in the Public Works Department. <br />
