<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />FEBRUARY 23, 1987 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 23rd day of <br />February, 1987, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Wiski and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Matson, Kehr, Cushman and Johnson; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8114 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION, <br />APPROVING REPORT AS PREPARED <br />AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. P-86-24 <br />PURSUANT TO PETITION BY 100% OF THE OWNERS <br />OF THE AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, along Dionne Street from Lexington Avenue to <br /> <br />the easterly property line of the Lexington Plaza Shopping Center <br /> <br />approximately 300 feet east of Lexington Avenue by the installa- <br /> <br />tion of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary <br />appurtenances, filed with the Council on ~I (f~ <br />in conjunction with a development agreement, is hereby declared <br /> <br />to be signed by 100% of the owners of property affected thereby <br /> <br />pursuant to Minn. Stat. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />
