Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. (Voting and Seating Order for January: Pust; <br /> Willmus;Johnson; McGehee; and Roe). City Attorney Mark Gaughan was also present. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Willmus moved, Johnson seconded approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Pust; Willmus; Johnson; McGehee; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. <br /> a. Eugene Bahnemann, Sr., 2656 N Lexington Avenue <br /> Mr. Bahnemann provided an unidentified bench handout to individual Coun- <br /> cilmembers and City Manager Malinen; while expressing his frustration that no <br /> one had yet to respond to his previously-expressed concerns. <br /> Mr. Bahnemann reiterated his concerns with the prairie grass at City Hall and his <br /> alleged health concerns from the ragweed in that mix; and provided pictures of <br /> the view from his home directly across Lexington Avenue from City Hall, noting <br /> the "weeds," restricted view of the City Hall sign at the intersection of County <br /> Road C and Lexington Avenue; as well as lights at City Hall after normal hours. <br /> Mr. Bahnemann stated that, in the near future, it was his intent to "start a war" <br /> about the prairie grass at City Hall. <br /> b. Brian Olson, 1592 Roselawn Avenue W,Falcon Heights,MN <br /> Mr. Olson made a public announcement regarding a petition currently being cir- <br /> culated throughout Ramsey County and for inclusion on the 2012 General Elec- <br /> tion Ballot prohibiting the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners from spend- <br /> ing any public monies, including those from sales taxes, toward any professional <br /> sports stadium without going to referendum.
