<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of May, 2005, at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Klausing, and Council Members Ihlan, <br />Kough, Maschka, and Schroeder <br /> <br />Council Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10305 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH SECTION 1013 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE ALLOWING A 1,007 SQ. FT. <br />DETACHED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE AT 2824 LAKEVIEW AVENUE (PF3638) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Russell Cattelan has requested a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT based <br />upon Section 1004.01A4 and consistent with Section 1013 of the Roseville City Code to allow <br />the construction of a 1,007 sq. ft. detached accessory structure for 2824 Lakeview Avenue his <br />property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property (2824 Lakeview Avenue) is legally described as: <br /> <br />Mogren's Subdivision part of Government Lot 3, Block 6 <br />PIN 02-29-23-31-0037 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.01A4 (Requirements for Increased Size) requires a detached <br />accessory structure between 864 sq. ft. and 1,008 sq. ft. to receive a CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT consistent with Section 1013 of the Roseville City Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposal by Mr. Cattelan seeks to construct a new 1,007 sq. ft. detached <br />accessory structure; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 4, 2005 concluding <br />that the proposed 1,007 sq. ft. detached accessory structure is consistent or meets the criteria of <br />Section 1013 of the Roseville City Code; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to <br />approve a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT allowing construction ofa 1,007 sq. ft detached <br />accessory structure at 2824 Lakeview Avenue, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The total impervious coverage on the parcel after construction of the 1,007 sq. ft. <br />detached accessory structure (garage) and driveway improvement and existing <br />house improvements shall not exceed 5,556 sq. ft or 30% ofthe overall 18,520 sq. <br />ft. lot size. <br /> <br />1 <br />
