<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF <br />MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall <br />on Monday, the 23rd day of June, 1997, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, Wall <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9417 <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION TO DISTRIBUTE A NEGATIVE DECLARATION <br />DECISION ON NEED FOR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT <br />FOR THE GATEWAY BUSINESS PARK PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) was prepared for the <br />proposed Gateway Business Park project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the EAWwas distributed to all parties included in the EAW distribution <br />list, as well as those required to be included pursuant to the Environmental Quality Board <br />(EQB) regulations; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, four comments were received and considered by the City of Roseville; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville hereby adopts the Findings of Fact for the Environmental Assessment Worksheet <br />on the Gateway Business Park project dated June 23, 1997; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of Roseville hereby <br />adopts the written responses prepared in response to the public comments received on the <br />Gateway Business Park EAW; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City Council of the City of Roseville has <br />reviewed the entire Record of Decision prepared for the Gateway Business Park project; <br />and <br /> <br />BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED THAT based on all information gathered during the <br />EAW process, comments received on the EAW, and additional information created and <br />obtained in response to comments made on the EAW, the Gateway Business Park <br />proposed project does not have the potential for significant environmental effects and an <br />
