<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Rose vi lIe, County of RaInsey, State of Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at <br />2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on April 24, 2006. <br /> <br />The following melnbers were present: Ihlan, Kough, Maschka, Pust and Klausing. <br />and the following Inembers were absent: None. <br /> <br />Melnber Maschka introduced the following resolution and Inoved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 10400 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO <br />SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR CONTAMINATION CLEANUP GRANT FOR <br />TWIN LAKES PROJECT, PHASE 1, STAGE 1 - Residential Development <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville act as the legal sponsor for project(s) <br />contained in the Contan1ination Cleanup Grant Program to be submitted on May 1, 2006 <br />and that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to apply to the Department <br />of EmploYment and EconOlnic Development for funding of this project on behalf of the <br />City of Roseville. <br /> <br />BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville has approved the <br />Contamination Cleanup grant application sublnitted to the Department of EmploYlnent <br />and Econon1ic Development on May 1, 2006 by the City of Roseville for the Twin Lakes <br />Phase 1, Stage 1 residential development of the site. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville has the legal authority to <br />apply for financial assistance, and the institutional, managerial, and financial capability to <br />ensure adequate project adn1inistration. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sources and amounts of the locallnatch <br />identified in the application are committed to the proj ect identified. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville has not violated any <br />Federal, State or local laws pertaining to fraud, bribery, graft, kickbacks, collusion, <br />conflict of interest or other unlawful or corrupt practice. <br />
