<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of May, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following Members were absent: Maschka, Kough, Thlan, Pust and Mayor Klausing <br /> <br />Member Pust introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10405 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR ROSEVILLE TWIN <br />LAKES LLC AT 2814 CLEVELAND AVENUE (PF3717) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roseville Twin Lakes LLC has requested an INTERIM USE PERMIT in <br />accordance with Section 1012.09 of the Roseville City Code to allow the operation a temporary <br />concrete & asphalt recycling facility at 2814 Cleveland Avenue (Dorso parcel); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject, generally described as: <br /> <br />Lots 1, 2, 3,18, 19, and 20, Block A, Twin View, Subject to roadway <br />PIN 04-29-23-32-0001, 0002, and 0003 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1012.09A and B stipulates the requirements necessary to obtain an <br />interim use permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roseville Twin Lakes LLC and their contractor Frattalone Companies, <br />proposes to operate a temporary concrete & asphalt recycling site on the subj ect property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />requested Interim Use Permit and voted (6-0) to recommended approval, based on the comments <br />outlined in Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6 (as revised by the Commission) ofthe project <br />report dated May 3, 2006. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Roseville <br />Twin Lakes LLC and Frattalone Contracting an interim use permit consistent with Section 1012.09 <br />A and B of the Roseville City Code allowing a temporary concrete & asphalt recycling operation on <br />property addressed as 2814 Cleveland Avenue (referred to as the Dorso parcel) based on the <br />comments in Section 5 of the project report dated May 22,2006, and the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The temporary recycling of former structures and parking lot/road base material shall <br />be only from those structures, roadways and parking areas contained within Phase I <br />of Twin Lakes. <br /> <br />1 <br />
