Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called to order the Roseville City Council regular meeting at approximately <br /> 6:00 p.m. and welcomed everyone. (Voting and Seating Order: Pust; McGehee; Roe; <br /> Willmus; Johnson. City Attorney Mark Gaughan was also present. Councilmember <br /> Pust arrived at approximately 6:05 p.m. <br /> 2. Approve Agenda <br /> Mayor Roe announced that, at the request of the Human Rights Commission, and due <br /> to other extensive agenda content, the marriage amendment discussion originally <br /> scheduled for tonight's meeting had been delayed, and according to City Manager Ma- <br /> linen tentatively rescheduled to the August 13, 2012 meeting. <br /> Councilmember McGehee requested removal of Consent Agenda Items 7. d, e, and h <br /> respectively entitled, "Receive Second Quarter Financial Report;" "Ratify Reappoint- <br /> ment of Housing & Redevelopment Authority Board Members;" and Authorize Re-Bid <br /> of Expired Bid for Site Work/Utilities for Fire Station Bid Package#1." <br /> McGehee moved, Willmus seconded,the agenda was approved as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Pust; McGehee; Willmus; Johnson; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 3. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak at this time. <br /> Mayor Roe noted that he had heard concerns expressed by individual Councilmembers <br /> of their lack of time to present their comments during discussion of the Wal-Mart Pre- <br /> liminary Plat at the June 9, 2012 meeting. Mayor Roe offered individual Councilmem- <br /> bers an opportunity to do so at this time. <br /> Councilmember McGehee stated that it was important to her that people understand her <br /> rationale in being opposed to the Wal-Mart Preliminary Plat, noting that she had pro- <br /> vided a list of her personal findings at the July 9, 2012 meeting, intending that they <br /> supplement the additional conditions provided at that meeting by Councilmember Pust <br /> and the City Attorney's Office.
