<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on the 25th of September, 2000, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Maschka, Wiksi, Goedeke, Mastel, and Kysylyczyn and <br />the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />After a discussion of the views presented by the affected property owners at the public <br />assessment hearing held on September 11, 2000, Councilmember Wiski introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9812 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND CONFIRMING AS AMENDED <br />2000 ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENTS <br />P-99-02-19, P-99-02-22, P-99-02-23, P-99-13 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. The proposed assessment for 2000 improvement P-99-02-19 should be and is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel ID Original Assessment Proposed Assessment <br />01-29-23-12-0015 $9,146.64 $2,286.66 <br /> <br />The proposed assessment for 2000 improvement P-99-02-23 should be and is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel ID First notice (35%) Corrected N oticeO 00%) <br />01-29-23-41-0001 $17,736.16 $50,674.75 <br />01-29-23-44-0001 $13, 726.25 $39,217.85 <br /> <br />This assessment shall be deferred until such time as this property redevelops or accesses <br />Woodbridge Street. <br /> <br />2. It is hereby found and determined by this Council that the foregoing amendments is just and <br />equitable to said proposed assessments, and necessary to a fair assessment for payment of <br />the cost of said improvement. <br /> <br />3. The amount proper and necessary to be specially assessed at this time for Improvements <br />P-99-00-19, P-99-02-22, P-99-02-23, P-99-13 against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of <br />land affected thereby has been duly calculated upon the basis of benefits, without regard to <br />cash valuation, in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as <br />amended, and notice has been duly mailed and published, as required by law, that this <br />Council would meet to hear, consider, and pass upon all objections, if any, and said proposed <br />assessment has at all times since its filing been open for public inspection, and an <br />
