<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of June 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9903 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES FOR <br />PERRY NOLAND, ROSEVILLE AUTO REPAIR FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />2150 HAMLINE AVENUE (PF 3316). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Perry Noland, Roseville Auto Repair, 2150 Ramline Avenue, has requested the <br />following applicable parking and paving setback variances, from Section 1005 of the City Code, for <br />his Roseville Auto Repair Shop in order to renovate the parking and landscaping on the site: <br /> <br />Requirements City Code Existing Condition Requested <br /> Variance <br />Front Parking 15 feet 5 feet minimum 10 feet <br />Setback <br />Rear Parking Setback 5 feet o feet 5 feet <br />Side Parking and 10 feet 2 feet (as per applicant) 8 feet <br />Buffer Setback <br />(south) <br />Side Parking Setback 15 feet 5 feet minimum 10 feet <br />(north) <br />Parking nearest 10 feet o feet (staff 10 feet <br />Building recommended) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Perry Noland is the owner of property located at 2150 Hamline Avenue, being <br />legally described as: <br /> <br />Lots 14, 15 and the West 18.5 feet of Lot 13, Block 2, Midway Hills Rearrangement of <br />Como Gardens, Ramsey County, Minnesota (PID #152923120088) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the Noland <br />request on June 13,2001, at which time the Commission recommended (7-0) approval of the request <br />for the variances and further recommended provision for a two foot parking setback on the south side <br />and allowance for completion of the landscape improvements after completion of Ramsey County <br />work, at the intersection of Hamline and County Road B, in fall, 2001; <br /> <br />1 <br />
