<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Roseville City Council <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 26th day of June, 2001, at <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn <br />and the following members were absent: none <br /> <br />Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9905 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN AREA WIDE URBAN REVIEW (AUAR) <br />FOR THE TWIN LAKES BUSINESS PARK MASTER PLAN AND A <br />MITIGATION PLAN FOR ADDRESSING ENVIRONMENT AL IMPACTS OF <br />THE AUAR FOR FINAL SUBMISSION TO THE MINNESOTA <br />ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY BOARD (EQB) AS REQUIRED BY <br />MINNESOTA RULES, CHAPTER 4410.1500 AND 4410.3610, SUBPART 5 <br />(Twin Lakes Business Park, PF3232) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 26, 2001, the City of Roseville City Council passed <br />Resolution No. 9868, "A Resolution to Initiate the AUAR Process for Twin Lakes"; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 23, 2001, the City Council conducted a regular meeting at <br />which time it accepted the draft Twin Lakes AUAR and directed staff to make necessary <br />minor revisions; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 7, 2001, the City of Roseville submitted a draft AUAR for <br />the Twin Lakes Master Plan to the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board (EQB) as <br />required by Minnesota Rules Chapter 4410.1500 and 4410.3610, Subpart 5, for review <br />from May 14,2001 through June 13,2001; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held to review the findings of the draft AUAR, <br />comment letters received from state agencies and EQB, and a proposed Mitigation Plan <br />to address environmental impacts outlined in the AUAR for the Twin Lakes Master Plan <br />area; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, proper public notification was provided to state agencies, EQB, <br />adjacent communities and jurisdictions and to property owners within 350 feet of the <br />boundary of the Twin Lakes Master Plan area, and notice was provided in the legal <br />newspaper of the City of Roseville regarding the public hearing and its purpose. <br />
