<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, the 13th <br />day of August, 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Mastel, Goedeke, Maschka, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Council Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.9917 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE REVIEW PERIOD REGARDING A REQUEST <br />BY BAUER HOMES FOR A VARIANCE TO <br />SECTION 1004.02D5 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 691 HEINEL DRIVE (PF3327) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an application was submitted by Bauer Homes for consideration of a <br />variance to Section 1004.02D5 (Setbacks) on June 11,2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application was reviewed and accepted as complete by the Community <br />Development Department on June 12,2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said application was continued be the Roseville Planning Commission at <br />their regularly meeting of July 11, 2001; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the application was anticipated to be heard by the Commission at their <br />August 8, 2001 meeting; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the applicant was unable to develop the requested and necessary information <br />for the planning Commission to properly consider the variance request; and <br /> <br />WFEREAS, the 60-day review period expires on August 11, 2001, thus creating the need <br />for a review extension; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, city staff has requested a 60-day extension to the 60-day review period, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, to allow the proper review and consideration of the Bauer <br />Home request. <br />
