<br /> <br />May 22, 2000 <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Lester <br />1275 Rose Place <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Setback Permit to allow accessory building three feet from west property line. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Lester: <br /> <br />On Thursday, April 27, 2000, the Development Review Committee (DRC) met to review your <br />request to locate an accessory building two feet into the required five-foot side yard setback. <br />The DRC opened the hearing, at which no citizens were present to address the Committee. <br /> <br />The DRC did asked for clarification on the need to place the structure three feet from the west <br />property line and concurred that the location provides better facilitation of yard equipment given <br />the sidewalk and patio locations. <br /> <br />The DRC voted to recommend approval of your request. Specifically, the DRC allowed the <br />accessory building to be located three feet from y.,~'.Ir west property line.
