<br />(f) <br /> <br />July 26, 2000 <br /> <br />Mr. Travis Palmquist <br />Executive Director <br />Lake Ridge Health Care Center <br />2727 North Victoria <br />St. Paul, Minnesota 55113 <br /> <br />Re: Fence Height Variance Request <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Palmquist: <br /> <br />This letter is to confirm the City Council's action on your request for the requested <br />variance to allow an increase in the fence height from 6 Y2 feet to 8 feet on the wet side <br />and a portion of the north side of the proposed parking lot at Lake Ridge. <br /> <br />The Council's motion, adopted unanimously at the meeting of July 24,2000, was as <br />follows: <br /> <br />"Maschka moved, Kysylyczyn seconded, to approve the Lake Ridge Nursing <br />Home request for a J1f2footfence height variance for property located at 2727 <br />Victoria Street, based on the findings of the Planning Commission and those <br />listed within Section 3 of the project report dated July 24, 2000. " <br /> <br />It will be necessary for you to prepare site plans to submit when you apply for building <br />permits for the excavation and for construction of the fence. <br /> <br />If you have any questions relative to the Council's motion, please call me <br />(651.490.2232). <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Dennis P .
