<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 17th day of June 2002, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Klausing, Schroeder, Maschka, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10007 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CONSISTENT <br />WITH SECTION 1013.01 OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 1055 SHRYERAVENUE (PF 3397). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Knut Dahmann seeks a conditional use permit to keep an existing 459 <br />square foot detached accessory building, construct a second 840 square foot detached accessory <br />building, for a total of 1,299 square feet of accessory building area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Dahmann's property is located at 1055 Shryer Avenue and legally <br />described at as: <br /> <br />Lot 7, Auditor's Subdivision No. 85 (PID#142923230003) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.01A4 allows accessory building square footage to a maximum <br />size of 1,008 square feet under a conditional use permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Dahmann received a 171 square foot variance (Resolution 10007) to <br />Section 1004.01A4 of the Roseville City Code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Dahmann's proposal seeks a 1,299 square foot conditional use permit; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the <br />variance request by Mr. Dahmann and recommended (5-0) to approve the request, based on <br />findings outlined in Section 5 and conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated 6/05/02. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Knut <br />Dahmann a conditional use permit to allow two detached accessory buildings totaling 1,299 <br />square feet at 1055 Shryer Avenue based on the findings in Section 5 of the project report dated <br />June 17,2002, and subject to the following conditions:. <br /> <br />a. The elimination of the allowance of a 120 square foot garden shed (allowed under <br />Section 1004.01A2). <br /> <br />1 <br />
