D. 2001 at 01:25 oc1ock PIt1 - - - County Recorder C())jp)~ EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of June 2001, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: : Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn and the following were absent: None Council Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9906 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR QWEST WIRELESS ALLOWING THE INSTALLATION OF TELECOMMUNICATION ANTENNA AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT AT 2335 DALE STREET (PF3303). WHEREAS, Qwest Wireless has requested approval of a conditional sue permit to allow the installation of a 60 foot tall monopole and accompanying equipment cabinets at 2335 Dale Street; and WHEREAS, the property located at 2335 Dale Street is legally described as: The South 30 feet of the North 164 feet of the East 325 feet except the South 3 feet of the west 78feet thereof, of Lot 12, Copes Subdivision of Lot 1 of Copes Subdivision of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, according to the plat thereof; The North 134 feet of the East 325 feet, except the South 3 feet of the West 78 feet thereof, of Lot 12, Copes Subdivision of Lot 1 of Copes Subdivision of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, according to the plat thereof,- . 1
