D. 2001 at 01:25 oclock~ County Recorder o.y EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 26th day of June 2001, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn and the following were absent: None Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 9900 , RESOLUTION APPROVING A V ARIANCE TO SECTION 1004.02D5 (DWELLING DIMENSIONS AND APPEARANCES AND HEIGHT, FRONTAGE, YARD AND LOT AREA REQUIREMENTS IN R-l DISTRICTS) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2335 DALE STREET (pF 3319). WHEREAS, the City of Roseville Fire Department has requested approval of a lot line variance to allow an eight (8) foot encroachment into a comer side yard to allow for the construction of a safety exit stairway from the second level to exterior ground floor, at the Fire Department Station #3, 2335 Dale Street, said property being legally described as: The South 30 feet of the North 164 feet of the East 325 feet except the South 3 feet of the west 78feet thereof, of Lot 12, Copes Subdivision of Lot 1 of Copes Subdivision of the Southeast Quarter of Section II, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, according to the plat thereof,- The North 134 feet of the East 325 feet, except the South 3 feet of the West 78 feet thereof, of Lot 12, Copes Subdivision afLot 1 of Copes Subdivision of the .
