Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon <br /> and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Etten moved, McGehee seconded approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: McGehee, Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. <br /> a. Sara Barsel, 1276 Eldridge Avenue <br /> Ms. Barsel provided the City Council with a status update on the Roseville Block <br /> Nurse Reinvention Task Force members, and provided hard copies of the two <br /> surveys completed and now on SurveyMonkey along with a cover letter. The <br /> surveys were entitled: "Roseville Senior Health Needs Survey" and "Roseville <br /> Senior Housing Health Service Survey." <br /> Ms. Barsel advised that an additional survey on adult health needs addressing the <br /> more diverse and/or low income population in the community was still in process, <br /> along with a medical providers' survey as well. <br /> Ms. Barsel noted that at least twelve people were serving on the Task Force, and <br /> while the process had taken longer than the initial six months projected, she antic- <br /> ipated having it completed by the end of the summer and a subsequent report to <br /> the City Council. <br /> Ms. Barsel advised that the presentation to the City Council would include rec- <br /> ommended resolutions for their consideration as the Task Force continued to <br /> work with various agencies and faith communities in addressing this issue to co- <br /> ordinate current programs. <br /> At the request of Mayor Roe, Ms. Barsel advised that copies of the survey were <br /> available by hard copy or on the City's website; and they were open to and will- <br />
